Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us, request services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who assist us in operating our business
- When required by law or to protect our rights
- In connection with a business transfer or acquisition
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use two analytics tools, and they are treated differently because they behave differently:
- Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused service that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate page views only, so it runs without asking permission.
- Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies and is used to understand which campaigns bring people to this site. It loads only if you accept when asked. Decline and it is never loaded; the site behaves identically. If you accept and later change your mind, declining also deletes the Google cookies already stored on your device.
If you arrive from a campaign link, we record the campaign parameters in your browser's session storage so that we can tell which channel produced an enquiry. This is cleared when you close the tab, and it is only ever sent to us if you choose to submit a form. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can control cookies generally through your browser settings.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
